First Step to Tandem Migration: Web-Enabling

6. Does it include a wizard? If not, how easy is it to use and what is the learning curve?
7. Does it require changes to existing software?
8. What is the nature of the product support? Are there user testimonials, stories, and recommendations available?
9. Is there a free trial available? If so, is it for the full version of the product?
